④ Started going to church.
After being set free and healed, and after making a decision to believe in Jesus Christ, I started attending church.
It was the first time in my life that I began going to church.
The church was a Protestant church.
It was the church where I met the Christian man and had fellowship, and where I experienced instant liberation and healing.
I suppose it was the Christian man I met who encouraged me to attend the Sunday worship service at the church.
I attended the worship service of the Protestant church for the first time in my life.
It was on Sunday, October 4th, 1987.
On that Sunday morning, I entered the church sanctuary before the worship service started.
After a while, the worship service began. We sang praise songs together.
After singing several songs of praise, the pastor started his sermon. The pastor’s sermon continued for a while. After the sermon ended, there was probably a time of prayer.
There were about 30 people in the church sanctuary. Those people were Christians. They were all good people, and I had a positive impression of the church.
After the worship service, I spent time in fellowship with the church members and had conversations with each other.
